Solid Gold Plated Mini Box Swing Clasp

Very disappointed with this item. The item received vaguely represents that which is shown on the display picture. The clasp received was most certainly not solid, instead it was a flimsy stamped metal clasp made of an extremely thin plate. This could not be seen before hand as there is only one display picture, and it does not show the rear side of the clasp. The clasp is also heavily over priced. The same could be obtained from a local hardware store for a fraction of the price. Had I known what I was going to receive I would have left it and headed to my local hardware store instead. I am hoping I was sent the incorrect item. My clue to not having received the correct item is that the dimensions in the description (i.e. 28mm) does not match that of the actual product; though, it could be that this dimension does not accurately reflect the product.
