Refund Policy for Decor Handles

Thank you for shopping with Decor Handles. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing quality products. Below is our refund policy to help clarify our terms and procedures.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice.
  • The return is initiated within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • If a product is unused but not in its original packaging, Decor Handles reserves the right to charge a 10% handling fee. 

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • Vanities or bathroom products that have been installed are not eligible for refunds.
  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for returns and refunds.
  • Specially imported products (ie. if the products was specified and imported specifically for you) will only be refunded if:
    • The product has arrived.
    • It has been inspected and confirmed to be faulty.
  • Powder coated products cannot be returned unless agreed upon before purchase. We can not give any guarantee on powder coating and it is a service that we charge seperately. 
  • Decor Handles by no means can refund a product that has been mishandled by installers. Please make sure to specify the correct product with a skilled carpenter before doing the installation. Please inquire with us regarding the material of your product as certain products can not have any chemicals or cleaning products used on them. 
  • Orders for pickup that have not been collected within a 60 day period will not be kept or refunded unless an email is sent to Shimon or Ilan and a special exception is made. 

3. Important Considerations

To ensure you select the correct product for your project:

  • We recommend bringing a sample (if available) of the product currently installed on your door or cupboard when shopping.
  • Carefully review your project requirements before making a purchase.
  • Please note that a flat fee of R120 will be charged for all returns to cover our courier costs
