Poor service

Placed an only order . Wrong size was delivered. Then spoke to Shimon on WhatsApp. It was a challenging . Except that it took him longer than a week to confirm stock. He didn't reply on askinghim to confirm your address . So wasted my time and driving to Sandton. I stay in kempton . Wasted over an hour in traffic. " Sadly " helped me this morning. He said he remembered my order and that he send the wrong size. Why would you intentionally send the wrong size?
